Cowgirls Fall To New Mexico State
ABILENE, Texas – Hardin-Simmons' nationally-ranked women's tennis team fell 9-0 to Division I New Mexico State on Tuesday afternoon at the Streich Tennis Center.

The Aggies won all of the matches in straight sets but the Cowgirls were competitive in most of them. Jasmine Briant came the closes to winning a set as she fell 6-4, 7-6 to Elizabeth Geronimo at No. 5 singles.

HSU is 6-3 on the season and New Mexico State improved to 4-5.

The Cowgirls will now head to California for its spring break trip and play four matches, starting with Caltech on Saturday.
