SAN ANGELO, Texas –Hardin-Simmons' men and women's track teams competed in the David Noble Relays at Angelo State University on Saturday.

The 4x100 meter relay team consisting of Kalimah Muhamma, Logan Redding, Rhea Harris and Myra Carrion finished fifth with a time of 51.54.

Paige Lindstrom ran a 17.98 in the prelims for the 100 meter hurdles. She also threw 86' 4"in the javelin.

Madison Wooten finished seventh in the mile with a time of 6:41.99.

Myra Carrion ran a 1:03.93 in the 400 prelims. She finished third in the pole vault with a cleared jump of 11'9" ¾. She threw 73' 5" in the javelin.

Samantha Pennese and Kennedy Connor both ran in the 100 prelims. Pennese ran a 13.00 and Connor ran a 13.33. Pennese also ran a 27.48 in the 200-meter dash prelims. She also jumped 15'11" in the long jump.

Molli Howard ran a 1:10.64 in the preliminary 400 hurdles, she just missed qualifying for the finals by less than five seconds.

Logan Redding ran a 27.46 in the 200-meter dash prelims.

Justice Lockett finished eighth in the shot put with a throw of 38' 9".

On the Cowboy side, the 4x100 meter relay team consisting of Kevin Lavalais, Kyle Dodd, Hasanai Chanriang, and Brandon Sparks-Moffett finished fourth with a time of 42.72.

Hasanai Chanriang finished sixth in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 54.74.

Nate McEndree finished third in the afternoon mile with a time of 4:26.89.

Jylan Burris ran a 54.33 in the 400 prelims but didn't qualify for the finals.

Brandon Sparks-Moffett and Warren Graham both had strong performances in the 100 meter prelims. Sparks-Moffett ran a 10.81 which would be a school record if the wind wasn't so strong. Graham ran a 10.91.
