Cowgirls Split At Emory Invitational

ATLANTA - Hardin-Simmons' volleyball team split a pair of matches on Friday in the first day of the Emory Invitational in Atlanta, falling to Mount Union 25-17, 25-17, 25-15 and defeating Clark Atlanta 19-25, 25-20, 23-25, 25-18, 15-12.

Cambra Hughes had 18 kills in the win over Clark Atlanta. Brianna Addison added 15 kills and Gracen Harris led a stout defensive effort with 25 digs.

Stats were unavailable from the Clark Atlanta match.

HSU is now 2-4 on the year. HSU will play Averett and Haverford on Saturday.
