Cowgirls Sweep Concordia
ROUND ROCK, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' volleyball team won its sixth straight match with a 28-26, 25-18, 25-14 win over Concordia (Texas) Friday night at Round Rock High School.
Kaela Parnell and Cambra Hughes each led Hardin-Simmons with 10 kills. Hughes hit .500 for the match and Parnell hit .438 as the Cowgirls hit .326 as a team.
Defensively, Amanda Mace led the team with 14 digs.
HSU is now 12-6 overall and 9-1 in ASC action. Concordia fell to 7-13 overall and 3-8 in ASC play. The Cowgirls will play at Howard Payne on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
