SAN ANGELO, Texas — Hardin-Simmons’ men’s finished in sixth place with 17 points and the Cowgirls finished fifth with 18 points at the David Noble Relays in San Angelo on Saturday.
Daniel Lofton ran a 11.59 in the 100 and finished 17th. Matt Rodriguez ran a 22.01 to finish 10th in the 200 meters. Matt Buchhorn was 12th in the 5000meter with a 16:46.10.
Kyle Pinkerton, Brendon Kelso and Adam Clark finished 10th, 12th and 14th respectively in the discus with throws of 130-05, 129-02 and 121-01. The same threesome finished third, fifth and sixth in the hammer. Kelso threw the javelin 186-01 to finish third. Kelso was sixth in the shot put and Clark finished ninth.
Kami Bellah 27.79 to finish 11th in the 200 meters. Lauren Rodgers ran a 1.00.02 to place fifth in the 400 meters. Audrey Salter ran the 800 in 2:29.91 to place fourth and Jayme Wills placed 10th with a time of 2:36.87. Lindsey Hinton ran a 5:05.77 in the 1,500-meters to place fourth. Halee Edwards finished fifth in the 100 hurdles with a time of 1:09.85. Malloree Kendall ran a 20:02.10 to finish fifth in the 5000 meters.
Bellah finished sixth in the long jump with a leap of 16-4.5. Mackinsey Williams finished seventh in the hammer throw with a 110-02.
