Cowboys Finish Fifth at Schreiner
KERRVILLE, Texas -- Hardin-Simmons' men's golf team finished
fifth at the Schreiner Fall Classic which was held Monday and
Tuesday at the 6,505-yard par-70 Scott Schreiner Golf Course in
Kerrville.
Kelsey Gonzales led the Cowboys with a 78-70-148. He finished in a
tie for 13th place. Aaron Bradshaw shot 71-78-149 to place in a tie
for 16th. Blaine King shot 77-76-153, Brian Laing shot 83-74-157
and Adam Parker shot 81-78-159.
UT-Tyler won the tournament with a two-day total of 566.
UT-Brownsville was second with a 568, Schreiner was third with a
588, LeTourneau finished fourth at 597 and HSU shot
307-298-605.
HSU will close out its fall season at Texas Lutheran next Monday
and Tuesday.
